What Causes Neck Tightness, Swollen Collar Bone After Lymph Node Removal From Neck?
Hello,
5 years ago i had a lymph node removed from the right side of the neck, which came back clear. I have noticed over the last year that the right side of my neck feels tight with slight swelling on the collar bone and have soft round swelling just below the right ear. Over the last few weeks i have developed a flemmy cough but i am a smoker.

I would suggest you to get ultrasound of neck and ENT surgeon opinion if again there is any lymph node enlargement is present. I would ask you to stop smoking as no medicine can cure your cough till you keep smoking.
