What Causes Nerve Pain After Taking Gabapentin?
my question is regarding the appropriate dose of Gabapentin for the treatment status post Dx of Guillain Barre Syndrome in a male pt 31yrs old. Dx was in Nov 2016. Pt still experiencing some nerve pain. How long is the recommended time frame for continuing to take this medication. Thank you.

You can take 100 mg twice a day dose.
If the pain persists, you can add additional drugs like Tramadol for pain relief.
