General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Recita 5 mg contains escitalopram which belongs to the group of antidepressant medications known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors that is used to treat depression and other mental health conditions like anxiety, panic and obsessive compulsive disorders etc. Its side effects are nausea, vomiting, tightness of the chest, fatigue, stomach ache, headache, abdominal bloating or cramping, diarrhea, changes in sleep pattern, allergic reactions etc.

Again, Lobazam contains clobazam which belongs to the group of medications known as benzodiazepines that is used to treat epilepsy or seizures and severe anxiety. It works by altering brain activity, calms it and provides relief from panic attacks by relaxing the nerves. Your body may take few weeks to adjust this medication. But, it shouldn't recommend to take Lobazam instead of Recita without consulting the prescribing doctor. You should consult your doctor promptly regarding this issue.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
