What Causes Nighttime Urinary Incontinence?

I am a male 67 years old. Have yearly checkups and considered in good health. I am on no prescribed medication but within the last month or so when I get up to urinate at night although not always (usually happens 2 times in a 7 day period) I can start but it on comes out slowly and stops and starts. The rest of the day after I get up I have a good steady stream. Should I be concerned and if so what to do next?
