Hello, I would suggest you undergo an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis if pain worsens, or you sense tenderness on touching the abdominal wall. The possible cause of shoulder and abdomen pain you mentioned in the query are suggestive of referred pain known as Kher s sign. It can occur due shared nerve supply of shoulder area and abdominal organs. It reflects to the pathology of viscera like diaphragm, spleen, or gall bladder. Since, you are already taking enough pain medications, there is no point in adding another; specially, if there is no relief. Keep yourself well hydrated, and rush to emergency if symptoms worsen.
