What Causes Nose Bleeding And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

My 10 year ols daughter has daily nosebleeds and regularly gets pins and needles in her hands at night. This evening she came to me to help try and get rid of her pins and needles. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I don't think these 2 are related unless these are sign of certain psychosomatic issues and in this case this is not dangerous and there is no need to be concerned. However, some organic issues should be ruled out such as hypertension, nose polyps, sinusitiis- So she should see an ENT doctor for further evaluation. Also deviated septum may be present in some cases and it should be properly treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
