What Causes Nose Bleeding,knee Pain And Back Pain?

Hi, I m 30 years old and have had twin 5 and a bit months ago... Since then I have had a few health concerns that have me worried. Noise bleeds Knee pain Back pain lower back near waist, feels like I need someone to punch me to ease it Extrem sore throat

Hello
Nose bleed means epistaxis & may be due to .
Abnormalities in Bleeding time or clotting time . Diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of blood for BT & C T .
Hypertension is another most common cause of bleeding.
Sometimes high temperature also develop such type of symptoms.
As far as concern about knee pain, back pain, low waist pain and sore throat , these symptoms and sign may be in relation .
Sore throat may develop joint pain or arthritis ( due to strepcoccal infection ) .
Get in throat swab examination for infection in throat and type of bacteria .
In my opinion consult an E N T and get his opinion.
Both problem may relate to each other , so consultation with an E N T will be helpful.
