What Causes Nose Bleeds Along With Headaches And Vomitings In Child?
Hi, My daughter aged 8 had a nose bleed this morning and went to school as normal, whilst at school she developed a very severe headache and dizziness very quickly which caused her to vomit, she has been complaining alot about headaches within the last few weeks and I took her to the opticians but her eyesight is fine. Should I be worried? She has never suffered from anything of this nature before and is normally a very healthy child.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
By themselves, both nosebleeds and headaches are common in children are usually not caused by a serious problem. Together, however, these two symptoms might indicate a potentially issue. Nosebleeds may even be a part of childhood migraines. In case that the episode is repeated, I suggest to consult a neurologist for further evaluation.
