What Causes Nose Bleeds Everyday, Severe Fatigue And Tight Muscles?

Hi doctor I have been having nose bleeds everyday. I am also terribly tired but I also have Piti-Roscea. My muscles are extremely tight and now since I have been having nose bleeds my head gets tight on the right side, not a headache though. Please would you let me know what you think. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms are very common in sinus condition if this is due to some allergic condition drink lot of water and try "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
