What Causes Nose Bleeds ?

I am 48 years old my menstruation stopped 2 years ago. My nose bleeds at least once in two weeks. This started about 9months ago and is getting more frequent.

Hello There..
Welcome to healthcare Magic Forum..
There may be various reasons which may be leading to nose bleed in you like,
Infection
Trauma, including self-induced by nose picking
Allergic and non-allergic rhinitis
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Use of blood thinning medications
Alcohol abuse
Less common causes include tumors and inherited bleeding problems.
I would advice you to consult a doctor and get urself investigated to determine the exact cause which might be leading to your problem!!
