What Causes Nose Block During Night?
Dear Doctor
My name is VBM Rao, male, 55 years, 73 kgs, 5'.8''.
My problem is during night times my nose is blocked and noise while breathing. I am down with sleeplessness and unrest because of this. I had under gone two septo palsty surgical operations a year back .The problem is still continued. will you advice me Doctor?

If you have undergone a proper septoplasty and turbinoplasty then you must not have nose block.
In any case you must get a CT PNS and a nasal endoscopy and get back to me or any ENT as soon as possible and I will certainly help you out.
meanwhile continue steam inhalation and also anti histamine for temporary relief
