What Causes Nose Skin Peeling And Lump?

My nose peels and cracks at the front area and sometimes the sides. It seems like the mucous in my nose (if it runs) adds to problem. I experience a tenderness. sometimes i get a bump or button in my nose and in my ear that pains. It seems as if my nose is slowing melting and i'm concerned
