General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This could result from local irritation of the nerve in the upper arm after the shot. This should resolve by itself. If not please visit a neurologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ahmad Nazzal, General & Family Physician
