What Causes Numbness In My Ear?
I have had numbness in my ear for the last few days. Last night while strecthing i noticed tension in my neck and the further i stretched my neck, the more i felt some pulling sensation from the top of my ear. The more i stretched, the more it pulled. Also accompanied by a quite strong feeling of pins and needles

I have gone through your query regarding numbness in ear followed by feeling of tension in neck on streching.
Here I would like to say that probably you are having infection in ear with masked mastoiditis and possibly cervical lymphadenitis / cellulitis / abscess. This may be diagnosed by clinical examination and C.T. Scan ear and neck.
So my suggesstion is to consult your ENT doctor for examination and treatment.
