What Causes Numbness In The Heel Along With Muscle Cramps?
Hi, I have a numb left arch, toes and heel. The muscles tend to cramp when resting. Could a bone spur at the top of my foot cause this and if not, what could be the cause? I also have cystic adventitial disease between the gastroc muscles of my left calf. Please advise

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get your uric acid levels done. Micronutrients deficiencies should also be ruled out.
Calcium and magnesium levels along with B12 and folic acid should be done and replacement may be started. if the problem persists orthopedician or Rheumatologist consult may have seemed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
