What Causes Numbness In The Lower Abdomen And Urinary Incontinence?

My mid to lower stomach feels weird almost like numb,and when i cough ,sneeze, laugh to much,i pee and the other day i got up to get a cup of coffee and did not feel like i had to pee n all the suddeni had to pee so bad i couldnt hold it in no matter what i did i ended up peeing my pants im 43 yrs old female weigh 220 lbs and im 5 6 tall

Hi,

For female urging for urination and dull numbness in lower part mostly associated with urinary tract infections. You should first take a course of antibiotics for UTI. Norflox bd for 7-10 days or nitrofurantoin 100 mg for 5 to 7 days at least. Apart from that we should look for back pain which causes neuronal imbalance in lower part of abdomen along with urinary in continence. But most common is UTI you can go for urine r/m or urine c/s and once sonography abdomen pelvis for proceeding further.
