What Causes Occasional Vaginal Spotting And Dull Headache Post Abortion?
I had a surgical abortion at 8 weeks 6 days. I had this 3 days ago and since then I cannot stay awake for longer than 3 hours at a time. I have not had any significant bleeding only occasional spotting since treatment, and have a dull headache a lot of the time, but thinking this is due to excessive sleeping? Why am I so tired? And is it normal to have no bleeding following surgical abortion?

It is quite common after an abortion and it will settle by itself even without any treatment. If symptoms persists you have to get an ultrasound scan done to look for any retained products of conception.
