ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
First of all it will be better if you avoid humidifier, as it is for lungs no nose.
Secondly , nasal sprays are to be taken for longer time not just 3 days .
It is xylometazoline nasal drops which are suggested to be taken for few days only like less than 10 days or so.
It is the steroid nasal sprays and saline nasal sprays which would help you .
In addition if there is acute infection then you might need to take antibiotics with oral decongestants and antihistaminics.
In doubt do reply.
