What Causes Osteonecrosis Of The Right Femoral Head?

My wife has been treated for osteoporosis with Prolia (denosumab) for the past several years. She has now developed osteonecrosis of the right femoral head. This drug has been reported to rarely cause osteonecrosis of the jaw. Are you aware of any reports in the medical literature that have an association of this agent with osteonecrotic hip disease? Thank you.
