What Causes Ovarian Cysts While On Implanon?
I just saw my OB/GYN and had an ulrasound 5 days ago. Ive had problems with cysts in the past and Ive been on Implanon for a little over a year. My Dr. Stated that I was ovulating. Is there a reason this would be happening? I thought Implanon stoped ovulation.

Implanon is used for pregnancy prevention and treatment of irregular periods. Cyst may cause change in hormonal balance. So implanon can regulate menstrual cycle. But implanon can't cause ovarian cyst. There are many other reasons for its occurrence. Kindly consult the doctor and mention about treatment taken before.
