What Causes Pain Above Hip Bone?

I have a pain in my lower right back. I am assuming that I strained a muscle but I was looking on line at the anatomy pictures to see if there was any internal organ that may be the cause of the problem. It feels like the pain is at the top of my right hip bone sort of just barely above the buttock area. I'm thinking that it is sciatic related since I don't have any kidney problems. I guess my question is: Where can I find more information about that part of my body, ie... anatomical pictures, etc...?

Dear sir,
The symptom you are complaining of is called para spinal muscle spasm. The back muscles extend right down from your neck to the hip bones. It is not sciatica because the sciatic nerve comes below the area and the pain usually continues down the legs. If you want to learn more about the anatomy of this area then I would suggest Greys anatomy or Netters anatomy.
