What Causes Pain Above My Right Back Side Of Waist?

I have joined gym 1 month ago. 3 Days back when i came back to home after gym. I was suffered a lot of pain above my right back side of waist and still there is pain. I relaxed my self. i took well sleep but still the pain is there.

Please suggest what should do know. I am not going gym after this pain
