Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

This is not normal. I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam. It could be a wrong procedure or a local infection. A cervical spine X-ray and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR) are necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
