hello. i want to consult about my problem. i had my urine tested because i experienced pain after urinating and my right is swollen when i wake up in the morning. the test indicated the presence of albumin (++) and bacteria. when i underwent kidney sonogram, the result indicated normal. but i still experience swollen hands in the morning. i often experience slight fever
It sounds like a urinary tract infection. The swollen could be acromegaly, especially if your voice is turning hoarse and your feet are getting bigger. See your general practitioner.
