What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In Chest?
Dear Sir,
I am 22 years old and feel pain and burning on my chest, sometimes the pain travels to bottom of my heart that feels like stomach problem.......but I'm confused.
I did my ECG and it shows normal, my BP is also normal.
sometimes this pain goes away and I feel very healthy......could you please advise me.

pain in the chest is because of many causes some of them include
1.Gastritis
2. reflux esophagitis
3. costochondral pain
4. hypertension
5. myocardial infarction.
for you it is hopefully because of gastritis i recommend you to avoid spicy meals an have food on time

Most likely you might be suffering from condition called Gastro-esophageal Reflux disease ( GERD )
GERD is a condition where excess acid production in the stomach gets refluxed ( that is it goes up ) into the oesophagus ( food pipe ). This cause pain in stomach radiating to the chest with a burning sensation in chest . The burning and pain sensation is intermittent and not continuous .
You need to get Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy for confirmation of diagnosis . Treatment is very simple , 2 weeks course of Antacid with Anti-reflux medicine will cure you .
Kindly get the test and revert back .
