Hello ma'am and welcome.

The most important aspect of treating a urinary infection is to use the right antibiotic. Many individuals have developed a resistance to many antibiotics and so uf an antibiotic preacribed is resistant in that individual, they will not recover.

For this purpose an investigation called a urine culture and sensitivity examination is ordered. This investigation will provide you with information on the most suitable antibiotic that will provide both rapid and effective relief. Please request your doctor for the same and in the meantime avoid sexual contact, drink plenty of water and cranberry juice if available.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.

Welcome to HCM.
Recurrent urinary tract infection should be investigated first for further proper medications.
Recurrent UTI might be due to antibiotic resistance, beginning of diabetes.
Go for cbc, urine routine/micro and C/S,FBS,PPBS, and usg abdomen.
Start proper antibiotic according to urine c/s report.
Moxifloxacin will be helpful.
Take nsaid to subside pain.
Drink more water and other liquids.
Take proper local care.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
