What Causes Pain And Cramping In Belly?

I had really bad belly ä wk sun & Mon ago, & nasty belly cramps,then the runs, I d not eaten anything since the sat till Thurs gone, it seems 2 b easing now but everytime I eat ï feel like I got pins and needles all in my belly & ä pain/stitch just under my left last rib,wen I get belly pain ï gotta run 2 loo

There are many medical conditions that cause abdominal cramps. It can be an infection, an obstruction or inflammation. I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound and a stool test for further evaluation.
