What Causes Pain And Cramps In Calf During Pregnancy?

I am having some pain in my left calf. It's been cramping on and off for about 2 hours. I don't feel any additional warmth and unfortunately both of my legs and feet are already slightly swollen because I am 34 weeks pregnant and have been on my feet a lot. I am 30 and a non smoker.

You said about the calf pain so it can be just a simple muscular pain.wat I m more worried about is you having a swelling over your legs.it can be harmful wat we call a pre eclampsia. It can also be due to your prolonged standing.just check your blood pressure regularly if it is more than 140/90 do a urine albumine test.and if the blood pressure is normal you dont have to worry about it
