What Causes Pain And Discomfort In Chest?

Hello.i am 40yr male..have high bp n chalestrol.. Frequently having discomfort or pain in chest,pain under ribs left side and discomfort and pain in left arm..got ECG,blood test,chest X-ray done,all were normal. So what can be the reason for pain..plz advice
