What Causes Pain And Fishy Smell Coming From Ear Of A 4 Year Old?
My Daughter age 4yrs has a fishy smell coming from her ear. There is no sign of ear wax or discharge, however, it has been painful for the last few days and we have given her calpol. The pain seems to have gone now, but the smell remains. What could this be ?

Hi,
It seems that she might be having some fungal infection in the ear causing fishy smell.
Put anti-fungal ear drops.
See that water does not go in the ear while taking shower.
Keep ears dry and clean.
Ok and take care.
