What Causes Pain And Heaviness In Arm Along With Dizziness?

Hello, for the past few nights, my left arm has felt heavy, weak, and has had slight pain. I have also experienced lightheadedness and headaches on and off for the past few days. One morning, I vomited while eating and have had hot flashes throughout this time period. What can I do to treat this?

You have to keep tab. Sorbitrat near by you... And take pantociddsr tablet.. Also check you to near physician for ecg and tmt
