Hello,

Heaviness in the chest may be due to the cardiac origin or non-cardiac origin.

Cardiac causes like ischemic heart disease or hypertension or heart failure.

Non-cardiac causes are like acid reflux or pneumonia or bronchial asthma or dyspepsia etc.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Get it done ECG, chest x-ray and urine examination.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
