What Causes Pain And Large Hard Swelling Of Mons Pubis?
My wife and myself both developed large swelling on our Mons that is red to the touch, painful, filled with puss, and has large hard structures inside the skin. I believe this might be Abscess. My wife s is about an inch across and mine is at least 4 inches, give or take. We do hot compression and there has been leakage, but the swelling hasn t gone down for either one of us. Suggestions?

I think it is boil or abscess due to staphylococcus infection.
Just apply hot compression.
Apply bacitracin ointment
Antibiotic cefuroxime 400 mg twice daily for 5 days
Tablet Dan-SP two times a day
If not resolves consult the doctor and do aspiration with niddle.
If appear in future take the biopsy and test it.
Avoid sex till you get better
Keep the area clean
Maintain hygiene after and before urination
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
