What Causes Pain And Numbness In The Arms After A CT Scan?
I had a CT Scan done of my neck due to experiencing pain and numbness in my arms and hands after having a motor vehicle accident. What does it mean when the results of a CT Scan are Mils osseous hypertrophic changes contribute to mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis at C7- T1?
The foramen stenosis at C7-T1 suggests compression of cervical spinal nerves within the canal and the same would be responsible for arm numbness in the majority of the cases.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
