General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The foramen stenosis at C7-T1 suggests compression of cervical spinal nerves within the canal and the same would be responsible for arm numbness in the majority of the cases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
