What Causes Pain And Pressure In Testicles?

Hi, I'm debating whether or not I need immediate care. Yesterday I had significant pain in my right testicle after playing tennis. This has happened once before with no physical activity, and in this case it was not the result of any specific motion. The pain subsided for the most part in about an hour, but when I woke this morning I still feel pressure in both testicles. I'm having trouble getting an appointment to see a doctor. Do I need to go to the ER?

Hi.
Noted your history of significant pain in right testicle after playing tennis. This has happened once before with no physical activity. But still feel pressure in both testicles in the next morning.
Yes, go to ER, get a clinical evaluation, color doppler and ultrasonography and tests of urine and blood.
This will make sure the exact problem you have.
Medical science depends upon evidence and hence it is imperative to rule out Varicocele, epididymo-orchitis, torsion and so on and you get the best possible treatment.
