What Causes Pain And Pulling In Right Testicle?

Hi I lift weights 6 times a week but on Saturday I didn t and helped out my uncle unload his truck for a garage sale and I felt like A pull by my groin and now my right testicle hurts a little when liftig weights but keep in mind I n the past my right testicle hurt a few ties on the past whole lifting and even when I m school. Please help me I m scared I have a hernia

Hello and welcome to HCM.
Lifting weights can give rise to pain in the testis. you should try to avoid it in a short span of time, especially as you've had this kind of pain in the past also. You don't need to worry about hernia. There's usually a swelling that will bulge out in a case of hernia, from the lower part of the groin.There's nothing to be scared about it.
