What Causes Pain And Redness In Both The Testicles?

hello , i'm 25 years old and have been suffering from testicular pain !! if noticed that the pain increases when i touch my epidimys.. this pain shoots to my lower abdomen when i touch it. I've had it checked out several times now.. the first diagnosis was a inguinal hernia , but this has been ruled out after an ultrasound ! the pain is now present in both testicles and it has turned red .. what could this be??

HI
Well come to HCM
I don not think that this may be due to some disease but this may be just nonspecific pain, at the most orchitis may be the condition and this could be treated on tentative basis, and for this Tab Acetaminophen and Diclofenac can be tried, if the symptoms does not improved then this need to be examined clinically, hope this information helps.
