General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
i can understand your concern.was there any injury to the testes which could lead to this condition.
the most common causes could be an infection like epidydimitis, torsion testes or varicocele
i would suggest you not to ignore this and get an ultrasound scrotum done to rule out any of the conditions mentioned above,. the specific tretament can be decided after the reports come in.
meanwhile apply cold compresses over the area.
an anti inflammatory drug like aceclofenac is also advised twice a day to reduce the inflammation.
feel free to ask further queries.
