General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may have injured one of the nerves running through the arm. It is also possible that there may be injury to soft tissue (nerve or muscle) which is affecting movement.

You would need to be seen both about any injury taking place and also consider seeing someone to help you with your drug use. It can be difficult to stop on your own but maybe possible with assistance.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
