What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Feet And Rib Cage?

My feet have been swollen for a few months off and on accompanied by a sharp pain on my right side around the rib cage area. Cancer runs on my mama s side and heart disease on my daddy s. I ve had 2 bad bladder infection and didn t know it till it was too late. I m a carrier of Hep C any ideas to what is going on with me?
