General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your problem can be due to calcium, vitamin D & B12 deficiency. These things can cause weak spinal vertebrae to cause spondylitis &the symptoms.

Please get blood check to find the levels of these substances/X-rays or MRI of the spine would find/exclude spinal problem followed by specific treatment. Please consult a physician/ orthopaedics surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
