What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation All Over The Body?

I fell yesterday am but don t remember falling after I started. I became aware a few minutes later & I was on floor with my head resting on side of tub ! Last night my whole right side of my body was either number hurting like hell, tingling all over, jerking and right side of head was in terrible pain from top to whole has, pain in Temple was the worst. What do you suggest? I ve been resting and take Tylenol for pain!! If pain isn t controlled with Tylenol then I take Flexeril or Norco if needed!

My suggestion is get your blood pressure checked and also consult your physician, because certain symptoms expressed point to a possibility of a cerebral event. You may take a more powerful pain killer to reduce the pain. But most important is get a proper medical examination done to rule out any serious possibility. Thanks.
