hello, my mother age 50 years is suffering from palm and legs tingling and paining. Used homeopathy medicines for more than 1 year as doctor said that its due to vitamin deficiency and bone infection, but no result in homeo. one of my known doctors advised to use nerokindplus and AtoZ tabs to make her fell relieved. will it help my mother or anything serious. please help me
