Should I be concerned if when I walk I feel pain and a slight tingling from one side of my buttock all the way down to my foot?.......Wow y all are already to collect all my personal information then trick me to pay money to get my answer. Money hungry motherfuckers

As I understand such kind of pain are because of neuropathy .Neuropathy may be because of spinal disc abnormality/prolapse/damage/ruptured etc.
you can take methylcobalamine tablet for nerve function improvement and repair of damage .
further I suggest you to consult a neurophysician for complete examination and investigation as complete treatment can be done after diagnose the cause of such pain .
