What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Calves And Thighs?

I woke up this morning with bad ankle pain, within a few hours my calf felt tingling and then the back of my thigh. I went to the ER, they did an ulta sound and there was not a blood clot. I took an Ibprophen and my ankle feels better but still hurts. My legs are still tingling. Do you know what could be causing this? Do you think I could have a blood clot?
