What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Chest?

Have episodes of pin pricking pains occasionally in my heart-a76yr. old white female- diabetic(under control with diet)-take Losartan, Metprolol ,Atorvastin andLyrica for diabetic neuropathy .These pains are getting more frequent.Heart disease?

A pin prick like pain in the left side of your chest without any other symptoms like shortness of breath, palpitation, tachycardia, etc is likely to be related to Gastro esophageal reflux or musculoskeletal inflammation - This can be diagnosed if the pain increases on specific movements or on direct pressure on the affected area.
as your a diabetic patient kindly do an ECG to rule cardiac disease.
