What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Left Arm?

I have been having soreness in my left arm and also some tingling. I thought it was caused by laying on an uncomfortable sofa, but after doing light housework for a couple of hours today I noticed that when I sat down to rest that my left hand and my arm were tingling, though I am right handed. I have serious insomnia caused by depression and not winding down. Can you tell me what may be causing this and if I need to see a Dr right away?

it is neurological problem.consult neurologist make yourself comfortable for sleep,consult clinical psychologist for counseling on matter of insomnea. take counseling from naturopathy expert.must develop reading habit before going to bed increase your socialisation.there might be nerve irritation on left hand neurologist have to go for clinical examination and advise on treatment.
