What Causes Pain And Weakness In The Arm?

HI Dr, I have had a very painful arm for the past four weeks. I do have arthritis in my right shulder, but now my left arm has become very weak and at times just aches - almost like a cramp.Do you think this might be arthritis as well? Ive had no trauma to it. Kind regards, Jessica

it appears to be frozen shoulder.take x-ray and consult physical rehabilitation doctor. require physiotherapy and if does not improve then inj kenachort intrathecaly can be given.and repeated after one month.
