This doesn't seem like a cardiac pain. It's required to know if the pain is getting worse with intake of food or hot beverages. And whether it's a pain from the inside or on the surface of chest and back. It could very well be a muscular pain. Advice to take calcium and vitamin D3 tablets daily and apply some heat over the area twice daily. Do mild stretching exercises. If the pain is not better, a cervical spine xray may be taken. It can also be due to acid reflux. Some dietary modifications like reduced intake of spice and hot foods and taking more fruits and vegetables might help. Thank you.
