What Causes Pain Behind Eyes,headache,unclear Vision And Strain In Eyes?

I had some bouts of vertigo. There was blurryness in the eyes. I went to a doctor...they gave me some exercises for benign positional vertigo I think it was. I still wonder if it it possible I had an inner ear infection. But, I had no temperature, so perhaps they did not give me an antibiotic. Could I have an ear infection with no temperature. Tonight there is pain behind my eyes...headachy feeling...vision does not feel clear...eyes strained

Cochlear and vestibular involvement give rise to vertigo. Nerve deafness conduction deafness test and rotation test is to be done. Ent doctor will decide about active infection and requirement of anti biotic. Get your complete eye examination , refraction fundus, and record of IOT.treatment can be decided after analyzing the report.
